BS Mathematics

The BS Mathematics program offers a comprehensive foundation in mathematical theory, computational techniques, and analytical problem-solving. Spanning four years, the program is designed to equip students with the skills needed to address complex challenges in science, engineering, technology, and finance. Core courses include calculus, linear algebra, abstract algebra, statistics, and real analysis, while advanced topics such as differential equations, numerical analysis, and mathematical modeling provide specialized knowledge. Students are encouraged to develop critical thinking and research capabilities, preparing them for careers in academia, industry, and beyond. The program also emphasizes the practical applications of mathematics through interdisciplinary projects and optional internships. Graduates are well-positioned for roles in data analysis, actuarial science, teaching, and software development, or for pursuing advanced studies in mathematics or related fields.
